Why we do it ...
Nose-to-tail is an approach to consuming animals that says if an animal sacrifices its life for our food chain, we should respect it enough to consume every part, and not allow any to be wasted.
Feral animals have become a major agricultural and environmental problem, struggling Aussie farmers welcome the use of these animals in pet and human food products to help lessen the numbers.
